The IN List Weekend: LDW (9/1 -9/4)

The IN List: weekend shares the top events going on this weekend in & around Carmel. This edition covers the full Labor Day weekend, including the holiday on Monday (9/4.) Friday, Sept 1:

  • “EOS The First Dawn: A Palladiscope Experience:” First show at 9pm. Outside the Palladium, 1 Carter Green Carmel, IN. Free, celestial themed projection experience projected onto the Palladium. Show runs every 30 min until 11pm.

  • Jams at the Junction: 7pm. Grand Junction Plaza, Carmel, IN. Free outdoor concert on the Great Lawn. Lawn chairs/blankets welcome. Family friendly event. More information, here.

  • Pajama-Rama: 7pm-7:45pm. Cool Creek Nature Center. Put on your favorite pair of PJs and bring a blanket. Registration required.

  • Symphony on the Prairie: AeroMyth: 8pm. Conner Prairie, Fishers, IN. Tickets required.

  • Hickory Hall Polo Match: Gates open at 5pm, match starts at 6pm. $40/car. Airplane flyover with candy drop at halftime. 7551 East 100 North Whitestown, IN 46075. More information, here.

  • Fishers Blues Fest: 5-10pm. Nickel Plate Amphitheater. Free event. Chairs, blankets, and coolers welcome.

Saturday, Sept 2

  • Carmel Summer Farmers Market – 8:00am - 11:30am 2 Carter Green, Carmel, IN.

  • Fishers Farmers Market: 8am-12pm. Nickel Plate District Amp. 6 Municipal Dr. Fishers, IN 46038.

  • Noblesville Farmers Market: 8am-12pm. Federal Hill Commons. 175 Logan St. Noblesville, IN 46060

  • Zionsville Farmers Market: 8-11:30am. Zionsville Main Street.

  • Park and Play: 8am - 12pm. Zionsville Farmers Market. Monthly event hosted by Zionsville Parks and Rec. Drop-in and play different sports, activities, and games setup for all ages. Free event, no registration required.

  • Fishers Blues Fest: 5-10pm. Nickel Plate Amphitheater. Free event. Chairs, blankets, and coolers welcome.

  • Symphony on the Prairie: Pryomania (Def Leppard Tribute): 8pm. Conner Prairie, Fishers, IN. Tickets required.

  • Indy Eleven vs. Miami FC: 7pm. Carroll Stadium. Family night. Tickets required.

Sunday, Sept 3

  • RibFest at Bier Brewery – 13720 N. Meridian St, Carmel, IN. 1pm - 10pm. Ribs, live music, beer, kids activities. All donations go towards providing coats to HamCo kids in need. Accepting donations in the form of coats (both kids and adults) and cash. Free event. More information, here.

  • Stuckey Farm Sunflower Festival: 1pm-5pm. 19975 Hamilton Boone Rd. Sheridan, IN. Sunflower fields to explore, corn maze, hayrides, apple picking. Tickets required.

  • Concert in the Centerpiece: Coxhall Gardens, Carmel, IN. 5pm start. Free event. Bring blankets, lawn chairs. Jennie DeVoe playing.

Monday, Sept 4 (Happy Labor Day!)

  • Flix and Float: 7:15pm. Forest Park Aquatic Center, Noblesville, IN. $5/person to enter. Bring your own floaty to float while watching the movie Back To The Future (PG).
