The IN List is a free weekly newsletter that shares the top events going on this week in Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, Lebanon and Indianapolis.

These events are all accurate at the time of posting, but be sure to call ahead or check vendor websites/socials before heading out.

Monday, January 19                    

  • Nature Preschool Explorers - Behind the Scenes: 10:30am-11:30am. Ages 3-5. Cool Creek Nature Center, Carmel, IN. Free event.  

  • Slime Bar: 1:00pm-2:00pm. The Sensory Shoppe, Carmel, IN. Create your own slime with colors, scents, glitter, mix-ins and charms, and decorate your jar. Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. $6 per jar.  

  • Noblesville Boom vs Delaware Blue Coats: 7:00pm. The Arena at Innovation Mile, Noblesville, IN. Tickets required.  

  • Indiana Football Watch Party: 7:30pm. Doors open at 7:00pm. This is a free community watch party. Fishers Event Center, Fishers, IN. Tickets are free but required. 

  • The Children’s Museum: 10:00am-5:00pm. Free admission for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Reserve your free tickets online. 

  • White River State Park: Free admission to the park’s attractions including the Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis Zoo, Eiteljorg Museum, IMAX Theater and NCAA Hall of Champions. Parking is also free. 


Tuesday, January 20      

  • Carmel Main Library Events: 425 E Main St, Carmel, IN. 

    • Tales for Twos and Threes: 9:30am-10:00am. Ages 2-3. Free tickets are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kids Desk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time.

    • Tales for Twos and Threes: 10:30am-11:00am. Ages 2-3. Free tickets are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kids Desk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time. 

    • Book Buddies: 10:30am-11:00am. Ages 4-6. A limited number of free tickets will be available—first come, first served—in person at the Kids Desk beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time.

    • Tales for Twos and Threes: 11:30am-12:00pm. Ages 2-3. Free tickets are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kids Desk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time. 

  • Noblesville Library Events: 1 Library Plaza, Noblesville, IN. 

    • Tot Tunes: 9:30am-10:00am. Toddlers and preschoolers.   

  • Zionsville Library Events: 250 N. 5th St. Zionsville, IN.

  • Whitestown Library Events: 6310 Albert S. White Dr. Whitestown, IN.

    • Baby Bouncers: 11:30am-12:00pm. Ages 0-11 months. Registration required.  

    • Teen Lit Cafe: 6:00pm-7:00pm. Ages 13-18. Light refreshments will be available. Registration required.      

  • Westfield Library: 17400 Westfield Blvd, Westfield, IN. 

    • Story Time: 10:30am-11:00am. Ages 3-5. 

    • On the Same Page Tween Book Club: 4:30pm-5:30pm. Ages 9-12. “A Wolf Called Wander” by Rosanne Parry. 

    • Teen Video Game Night: 4:30pm-5:30pm. Ages 12-18. Registration preferred. 

    • MakerMade Studio - Valentine’s Day Painted Tote Bag: 6:00pm-8:00pm. Ages 18+.  

  • Lebanon Library Events: 104 E. Washington St, Lebanon, IN.

  • Crate Escapes Trivia Night: 7:00pm. Free for humans. Dogs must be registered. Crate Escapes, Westfield, IN. 

  • Armstrong Dance presents Celtic Throne II - Pslater of Ireland: 7:00pm. The Tarkington, Carmel, IN. Tickets required.
